Turkey Tikka Sticks


For every 350g of turkey you have you will need the following…

1 egg

Mr Huda’s Tikka paste

1/2 an onion finely chopped

1/2 tsp garlic paste(optional)

2 tsp olive oil

Turkey Tikka Sticks

A greatway to use up left over cold turkey…..

Simply put all the ingredients into your food processor and whizz it up until the ingredients form a coarse paste.

Do not make it too smooth as it will fall apart when you cook it.

Take about a tablespoon at a time, place it in the palm of you r hand and squeeze hard until it forms a sausage type shape.

Push a cocktail stick in the end and place on a baking tray.

When you have used up all of the mix drizzle a little of the oil out of the Tikka jar over the little Turkey Tikka Sticks, this will make the look a great colour, and bake in a preheated oven at 180C until starting to colour and they are hot right throught to the stick.

Serving suggestion…
Served with some Mr Huda’s Mint and Tamarind yoghurt dip and whatch them disappear!
