Lamb Tikka – Serves 4

Use 6ozs(150g) of diced meat per person

Place the minced beef or lamb in a mixing bowl.

Beat the egg and add to the mince along with a chopped bunch of coriander and some salt and pepper.

Add the Mr HUdas Universal Curry Paste and mix all the ingredients together until they are evenly mixed.

Using your hand mould the mince mix into balls about the size of a golf ball and place then on a baking sheet. Pop the in the fridge whilst you prepare you wedges.

Preheat the oven to 180-190° C.

Wash the potatoes and cut then into wedges.

Place the wedges in to a large bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper, add the 2tsp of Mr Huda’s Tikka paste and around a tsp of olive oil. Stir the wedges round the bowl until they are all coated in the tikka mixture. Lay them out on a baking sheet and put them in the oven for approx 45-50 mins.

When they have been in the oven for around 25 minutes put your meat balls in for the last 20 mins.

Serve with a green salad and some sour cream dressing.
