Tikka Baked Cod

INGREDIENTS:

4 cod steaks approx 200g each (or use any meaty fish that you like in this recipe)

2 tsp Mr Huda’s Tikka Paste

4 tsp Natural Yoghurt

Lamb Tikka – Serves 4
Place the cod steaks on a baking sheet. Mix the yoghurt and the Mr Huda’s Tikka Paste together in a small ball and spread evenly over the 4 fish steaks.

You can leave this dish to marinate for around 20-30 minutes if you have the time. If not don’t worry, just pop them in the oven on 180° C Gas 5 for around 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fish.

When cooked leave remove them from the oven and leave to stand for 5 minutes to allow the flavours to fully infuse.

Serve with a green salad with some chopped coriander added or why not the try the sweet curry roasted vegetables.
