1 pork fillet (approx 300-350g)

2 tsp Tikka paste

TIKKA PORK FILLET - Serves 2

The easiest recipe in the world… probably…

Spread the tikka paste all over the pork fillet an place on a baking tray.

Bake in a preheated oven at 190° C for approx 25-35 minutes.

Slice or dice the pork and either eat it hot on a tossed green salad or diced cold in a tortilla wrap with some salad and mayonnaise.

So easy it's almost not a real recipe…
