Put the water in a saucepan and Balti Paste, bring to the boil, add the cous cous. Turn off the heat and put a lid on the saucepan.
Leave to stand for 4 minutes.

Remove the lid and add the olive oil, stir with spoon to seperate the cous cous and grate the zest of a lemon into it and some lime if you like.
Add the chopped coriander and enjoy.
Serve hot or cold. |
